About The Author - Maarten Sunier

Born in 1971 in Milan, Italy, to Dutch parents and diagnosed with Stage 4 throat cancer with 18 lung metastases at the age of 47. I reside in Geneva, Switzerland, with my wife and our two children, aged 15 and 14.

I authored this book with the conviction that my methodology, which complements modern medical treatments, can revolutionize cancer treatment by empowering the brain to take a central role. 

My purpose is to make an impact by helping cancer patients and their caregivers in:

1. Navigating their entire treatment cycle as smoothly as possible.
2. Improving their quality of life.

3. Extending their life expectancy.


I hold an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Sheffield (UK) and speak six languages. For the past 20 years, I have been curious and dedicated to the study of neuroscience and neuromarketing, exploring the incredible power of the human brain. My professional experience spans sales, marketing, and business development within the information technology sector, where I continue to contribute today.

Outside of my professional life, I am passionate about traveling, sports, particularly water sports and mountain biking, and enjoy the strategic challenge of playing chess.
